Brought medium for a beagle, took ages to come and it’s probably more suitable for a chihuahua. No idea where to get refund.
Hi Kelly - sorry to hear the product doesn't meet your needs...did you check against the size chart before ordering? I personally have this harness in green in a size Large for my black lab mix and it is almost a little big on her...a medium should fit on a beagle (love Beagles!). Very impressed with this dog harness which fits my small Imperial Shih Tzu's very well. easy to adjust and easy to clip on. It is nice and sturdy and I plan to order more for my other dogs because of the good quality and price.

The stitch is good, the color is beautiful, but the size XL is just too big for my dog
